To use 5G, you must first a wireless plan that includes 5G access. If your plan does not include it, you must first upgrade your plan by calling Customer Service at 248.817.1621.
You will also need a 5G compatible device. Check with your device manufacturer if your device is or not compatible with the 5G network.
